Position职位： Documentation单证员Job responsibilities职责:1. To be responsible for the formulation of shipping documents and other relevant documents负责船舶单证及其他有关单证的编制2. To be responsible for recording geable fees and arranging for invoicing and payment负责记录费用，并安排开***和付款3. Co-ordinate with colleagues and customers for the documents, booking confirmations arrangement 协调同事和客户处理相关文件，订舱安排4. Co-ordinate with local carrier/tucker/customs broker for the shipment/document arrangement与当地承运人/运输公司/报关行协调货物/单据的安排5. Issuing the transport document and all relevant documents签发运输单据及所有相关单据6. Document file management文件归档管理技能Skills:1. Familiar with the operation process of import/export of sea shipments, can handle emergencies if needed熟悉海运进/出口的操作流程，能处理突发事件2. Contact by email/tel/QQ/Wechat with local clients and agents通过电子邮件/电话/QQ/微信与当地客户和代理商联系3. Good skill in MS Office and computer skills熟练使用办公软件和电脑4. Carefully work, stong sence of responsibility, team player with good communication and interpersonal skills工作认真负责，责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神和人际交往能力5. Willing to make progress with the company愿意与公司共同成长要求Requirements:1. Age not over 30 years 年龄不超过30岁2. Bachelor degree, major in Logistics or international trade is preferred 专科以上学历，物流或国际贸易专业优先3. 1-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarder business is preferred 1-2年货运代理工作经验优先
