We are looking for (senior) after-sales service engineer. You will become an expert of hydraulic system and Load test equipment, with the following main responsibilities:1）Perform the assigned tasks, carry out maintenance and repairing on hydraulic system according to the contract and system manuals接受服务任务派工，根据服务合同要求与技术说明维护保养公司液压设备；2）Make record about maintenance and repairing task on site, following the safety regulation and other service’s requirement.做好现场保养与维修记录，遵守相关安全规则，服从现场服务要求。3）Be responsible for regular maintenance and prevented plan, repairing action, troubleshooting, and other urgent service on customer site. Make sure customer’s system on good condition.负责客户现场定期维护保养、预防性维护保养、故障维修保养、应急处理服务等，确保设备良好运行；4）Perform installation and commissioning our systems, training customer on site现场安装与调试设备，并培训客户5）Keep good relation with customers, communicate with customer about the service. Give customer suggestions on regular maintenance plan and push customers to buy our service. Collect feedback customer site.维护客户关系，沟通维护保养信息及结果，推荐维护保养解决方案并推动客户购买服务；收集与反馈相关业务信息；6）Reporting and working out documentation.撰写报告和其他文件。7）Other tasks assigned by Head of Business Development.完成领导分配的其他任务任职要求：1）1 years or above working experience as Job Site Engineer or related position. Foreign-invested company or seaman is preferred.一年以上现场服务工程师或相关职位的工作经验。有外资公司从业经历者或者单排远洋海员优先考虑。2)Excellent handicraft skill; knowledge of hydraulic system installation, maintenance,and commissioning is preferred.极强的动手能力；具备液压系统安装调试维修经验者优先考虑。3）Familiar with machinery, electrics, and automation.熟悉机械，电气与自动化4）Having strong sense of overall customer satisfaction and improved customer experience.具备客户满意度的理念并致力于提高客户的体验度。5）Willing to accept frequent business travel.愿意接受频繁的出差。6）Good English skills both in written and oral.具备良好的英语听说读写能力。7）Good at organizing and planning.善于组织和计划。8）Have teamwork spirit and ability to work independently.具备团队协作精神并能独立开展工作。9）Effective and direct communicator.能够有效而直接的进行各项沟通。10) At least College degree on electrics, mechanics or automation.大专以上学历，电气、机械或自动化相关专业11) Good commercial and communication ability良好的商务技能与沟通能力12.优先考虑从船舶上下来的船员13.可根据具体情况，选择在家办公
