JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Provide ICCP system professional technical on-site service to customers
2. Explore spare part or technical service business with existing or new customer
3. Provide support to line manager and all relatives in the company
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Communicate with all related parties to obtain information &amp documents to prepare for technical service project, including but not limited to internal business KA Manager, customer’s superintendent, technical manager, shipyard’s business manager, contractors…etc.
2. Plan business trip schedule based on project requirement according to the arrangement of line manager in Technical Service Department
3. Travel according to trip schedule and adjust at necessary according to the actual ship’s drydocking schedule, apply for all required permit to shipyard or on board
4. Board on ship and carry out service inspection or technical service for ICCP or MGPS system, either at port or in shipyard
5. Coordinate with shipyard, on board management team &amp crew to complete the whole inspection or technical service smoothly, by all means
6. Control travel expense as per company’s travelling policy and reimburse all expensive on time
7. Collect all material for inspection / service report, such as service log, photo, video…etc to keep record of service evidence
8. Carry out physical and electrical test on ICCP / MGPS system, analyze the test result, draw conclusion and generate the final inspection or service report
9. Ensure service quality to satisfy customer’s requirement
10. Design / Modify / drawing of equipment &amp system using AutoCAD software
REQUIREMENT:
1. Education: Associate degree or above, maritime related majority is preferred
2. Working Experience: at least 3 years working experience in technical service, electrical equipment maintenance or repair for marine system or equipment; sailing / shipyard engineering / marine equipment design related experience preferred
3. Technical &amp Professional knowledge: Experience of using AutoCAD is a must; Good written and oral English; Familiar with MS Office…etc software; knowledge of Marine Equipment &amp Spare parts will be a benefit
