任职要求/岗位职责

岗位职能：1.监管月度船期表, 如果有船期延误/提前, 船舶退出/加入航线, 及时发布通知2.监管航线固定靠泊计划，及时发布船舶靠泊计划和开航报告，如果有船舶靠泊和码头进箱结港时间有变化，及时发布通知3.配合船舶配载中心/码头，在船舶安全的前提下尽量利用舱位，控制当地装船量。依照货物装载预配图使我司船舶处于良好装载状态.4.监控改港/溢卸/短卸/柜损问题和船舶的危品/冷藏箱/超限箱/散装货的操作，报告/处理紧急情况。船舶靠泊期间处理相关应急事物5.与码头/港口、船代协调，让船及时开航并协助中转事宜。6.收集并仔细检查特种箱清单并发送给合作方，确保所装货物含有AMS/ENS/VGM清单7.与合作伙伴合作，及时准确地向合作伙伴/码头/合作代理提供航次报告。8.与客服/销售人员合作，进行准确的装载预测和装卸货操作。提供的离港报告和出口装船Accountabilities1. Monitor monthly shipping schedule and issue timely notice if there is any delay/advance of shipping date and the ship exits/joins the route as plan.2. Monitor service long time schedule, sending vessel berthing schedule / terminal departure report on time, issue notice if berthing window/cutoff time, open/cutoff time close changed.3. To cooperate with Ship plan Center/terminal to maximize slot utilization subject to vessel safety and control local city loading strictly. Ensure good loading condition on OOCL operate vessel based on preplan.4. Monitor COD/shorlanding/overlanding/damage issue and ships DG/RF/OOG/AWK operation, report/handle emergency if any. Deal with emergency case while vessel berthing at port.5. To coordinate with terminals/port group/husbanding agency to dispatch trunkers in time and cooperate on transhipment.6. Special cargo manifest be fully/checked collected and send to concerned parties. Ensure 100atch AMS/ENS/VGM for loadings.7. Cooperate with partners for OOL cargo &ampamp OOCL vessels, supply voyage report timely and correctly to consortium partners/terminals/husbanding agents.8. To cooperate with CSV/Sales for a more accuracy loading forecast and cargo operation, a precise TDR and OB list providing.要求1. 本科，航运物流相关专业2. 良好的沟通能力（包括中文和英文）3. 熟悉船公司操作或交通运输行业等业务流程4. 具备在压力下独立工作的能力，性格开朗5.有较强的办公室软件使用技能（特别是Excel）Requirements1. Bachelor degree with shipping related major.2. Good communication skills, including English language skills3. Shipping/Transportation background or working experience is preferred4. Ability to work against deadlines and pressure5. Good at MS Office Software operations (esp Excel)
