Key Responsibilities and TasksPerform revenue accounting1. Process customer credit1) Establish credit policies2) Analyze/Approve new account applications3) Analyze credit scoring history4) Forecast credit scoring requirement5) Review existing accounts6) Produce credit/collection reports7) Reinstate or suspend accounts based on credit policies o Invoice customer8) Maintain customer/product master files9) Generate customer billing data10) Transmit billing data to customers11) Post receivable entries12) Resolve customer billing inquiries13) Process accounts receivable (AR)14) Establish AR policies15) Receive/Deposit customer payments16) Apply cash remittances17) Post AR activity to the general ledger18) Prepare AR reports2. Manage and process collections1) Analyze delinquent account balances2) Correspond/Negotiate with delinquent accounts3) Discuss account resolution with internal parties4) Process adjustments/write off balances5) Perform recovery workout6) Manage default accounts3. Manage and process adjustments/deductions1) Correspond/Negotiate with customer2) Discuss resolution with internal parties3) Prepare ge back invoicesRequired ExperienceESSENTIAL:1. 1 - 2 year’s collections or accounts payable experience/customer care/experience in an international environment2. Strong interpersonal /business skills both oral and written with very good telephone skills3. Ability to work on own initiative in a Team environment4. Good organizational &ampamp time management skills5. Strong negotiation skills6. Analytical approach / good problem solving skills7. Excellent reporting skills8. Competent in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot table etc.)9. Excellent stakeholder management10. Fluency in English and any other foreign language will be an added advantage职位福利
