Develop digitalization and innovation strategy within the organization to ensure the master plan/framework available and thereafter implementation in order to achieve the defined strategy.Lead the full life cycle of digital and innovative projects implementation to ensure the achievement of project schedule, quality and budget, and act as focal point for digitalization and innovation subjects for both external partners and internal stakeholders.Closely work with Business Units, Lean and IT to drive Operational Excellence by employing digital or innovative ideas including but not limit to ideas identification, feasibility study of ideas, follow up the implementation of ideas, regularly communication within the organization.Foster digitalization and innovation culture and drive necessary mindset changes within the organization to enable the organization to adapt to the technology development trend ((RPA, AI, Data Analytics, etc.,) as well manage the necessary change in the fields of digitalization and innovation. In addition, to increase employee’s willingness of embracing the coming changes.Develop and maintain digitalization and innovation community to maintain good relationship and working with relevant parties to gain active engagement include but not limit to group company, local society, universities and institutes.Performs other duties assigned by Head of Digitalization and Innovation, such as but not limited to protect and promote IP digitalization and innovation projects including patents and publications, written reports, application of local government funds, etc.,
