职责描述：•Communicate with HR core functions stakeholders and focus on requirements gathering, documentation, designing and implementing business solutions to meet business needs.•Convert HR business requirements into actionable solutions thru sufficient analysis such as data mapping/mining/locating in database, and present in designing solutions.•Assist HR core functions to develop dashboards that track regular business activities.•Establish an analytical model for different analysis objects•Maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction, including but not limited to various process analysis, reporting and project support•Perform other tasks assigned by the company任职要求：•Minimum Bachelor Degree;•Master level of PowerPoint utilization for professional Excel t integrated and creative design;•Advanced level of Excel Analysis skills of Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, Power Map, PivotTable SQL statements jointly query data;•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;•Demonstrated learning agility;•Ownership and proactive working attitude required;•Proven inter-personal skills in dealing with resources;•Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment;•Fluent in English communication;•Team player, easy to collaborate with counterparts and stakeholders, also can proactively communicate project progress.
