The position is responsible for booking acceptance/amendment/cancellation, space coordination and a central point to handle customer request and provide solutions.1. Booking acceptance in local booking system• to perform all checks required, particularly for SQ and space validation, and complete booking acceptance process.• to arrange mother vessel connection plan in shanghai, incl. vessel name, voyage, gate-in code, calling terminal etc.• to manage booking amendments/cancellations.• to check loading list for each barge sailing and keep correct information d in local booking system.• to cooperate with booking colleague for good preparation of booking transfer to Lara.2. Space coordinator• to timely collect customer forecast and send consolidated figure on string basis to line focals.• to regularly communicate with line focals to get of space status in relative string.• to get customer service or sales colleague informed of space status/routing change/rolling information.• to communicate with line focal to apply for extra space if needed.3. Centralized customer service• to contact with customer and manage system modifications when needed• to follow up long layover boxes in shanghai and send application to operation team for protection.• to keep close touch with VIP to keep CSOP strictly adhered• to send loading confirmation for VIP customers.• to proactively track shipment status in transshipment port for hot shipments.• to handle exceptions/ customer requests/ issues / complaints/ disputes and provide appropriate solutions/ alternative• to coordinate with related internal teams and follow up to ensure resolutionRequired Experience &ampamp Skills:• Minimum College Degree• Read and write English• Basic knowledge of shipping industry• Communication skill
