职责描述：Coordinate to solve the invoice dispute internally/externally and special case settlementSupport Chongqing GSC team business/system/process wise for timely and accurate invoice approval, KPI performance monitorMake monthly cost deviation reporting and reason analysis for responsible port/categoryMonitor terminal throughput incentive, depot LOLO/MR rebate monitor and follow upSupport procurement team to negotiate with vendor by providing the historical data, forecast/simulate cost impact different scenariosTake ownership for contract filing, expiration monitoring and rates maintenanceDeep dive the cost deviations reasons, study vendor mix, size/cargo mix, route mix, TS longstanding monitor, port stay berth, empty flow supply, MR repair and recovery study to give recommendations to work closely with operational team for cost saving explorationSupport operational team to estimate cost comparison/impact for business decisionExplore cost saving opportunity and track saving progress through monthly Agility reportingSupport HO/ARO cost control if any ad hoc case/issue studyCoordinate with revenue control to ensure the cost recovery customers are duly madePlay active role in HO system VCR/LISA etc testing and implementation任职要求：1. Bachelor or above, data analysis or logistics/shipping related in major2. 1-3 years experience on logistics industry or data navigation related functions3. Skillful on Excel and Office365, capable on Python, ACCESS and Power BI4. Strong analytical skills to data peration5. Strong willingness to learn, high curiosity for problem solving, result oriented6. Good communication skills in written and orally, fluent English with CET47. Ability of multiple tasks priority under time deadline
