1) Prepare the technical specification of LNG FGSS for both low pressure and high pressure system;
2) Calculation ability: calculate process flow sheet by software (Hysys, ProII, Aspen, etc.) for LNG FGSS; calculate pipe wall and insulation thickness, pressure , temperature loss, size of LNG tank, nitrogen purging, ventilation rate, drip tray capacity, leaking amount/leaking rate/test pressure of TCS etc.;
3) Prepare process datasheet(specification) of equipment such as tanks, pumps, heat exchangers etc ;
4) Document & drawing: prepare heat and material balance(HMB), draw BFD, PFD, PID, UID, pipeline list, valve list, instrument list, material ion deion (or drawing), various process related manual and deion document, ESD/PSD philosophy and table, FEMA report etc.;
5) Prepare purchase order specifications of relevant equipment, valves, pipe fittings, etc. and cooperate with the procurement department to sign technical agreements;
6) Supervise the vendor to carry out manufacturing according to drawings and cooperate with the quality department to attend the FAT;

Experience:
1) 2-3 years of design experience of LNG FGSS.
2) M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Process engineering (internal note: reputable university if only theoretical experience)
3) Previous site experience preferred (internal note: mandatory if only B.Sc. level education)
