任职要求/岗位职责

RESPONSIBILITIES &amp SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Document verification, all import &amp export documents will be checked to match data in system and match guideline - 30
Monitoring daily operation to make sure SOP been followed - 30
Responsiveness to daily communication - 10
Develop business with assigned targets/clients - 10
Proactive approach to communicate and resolve operations problems - 10
Vendor performance improvement monthly or annual review - 10

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education
College or above (Business administration / commercial background preferred)

Job Experience
One year or above (International Freight Forwarding / International Trading preferred)

Knowledge and Skills
Freight forwarding fundamental knowledge
Both written and oral English skill
Stable personality, good communication skill, team work spirit

Desirable Job Competencies
Able to manage daily operation work for both import and export (air &amp sea)
Capable of independently problem solving
Customer Focus
Problem Solving &amp Decision Making Skills
Communication &amp Interpersonal Skills
