Ltd, established in 2000 with its parent company KUKA Roboter GmbH, Augsburg, Germany, is4>职位描述: Responsibility: 1. Report to GM about overall production activities and performance in mechanical workshop; 2. Manage production to maximize efficiency, productivity, respecting delivery times and high quality minimize manufacturing cost and inner failure / scrap rate; 3. Make production schedule and utilization analyze in accordance with headquar-ter about production; planning; production status daily and actively communicate with other departments to ensure on time delivery; 4. Monitor production quality through reviewing processes, people and equipment to ensure operation running under requirement of quality management systems ISO 9001, VDA 6.4; 5. Implements lean manufacturing techniques and 5S audit system to maintain good order and high working tempo in production department; effect positive efficiencies and cost savings; 6. Work with service department to assign repair task in workshop and provide ser-vice support on-site; 7. Ensures that appropriate training programs are available and that all operating personnel are trained and qualified in their positions; 8. Set up performance evaluation system for employees in mechanical workshop; 9. Be responsible for safety regulation for employees and equipment existences; 10. Forecast for additional labor/machine when new instruments or new orders; Or-ganize the stuff and over time in production if necessary. Requirement: 1. A four-years degree in Engineering preferred in direction Mechanical or Mecha-tronic; 2. Minimum of eight years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment with machine assembly and test; 3. At least three-years experience in SAP application; 4. Ability to plan and schedule for multiple complex tasks simultaneously; 5. Know very well flow production concept for series products; 6. Strong communication and coordination skill within different cultures and changes; as a good team player be able to motivate employee; 7. Lean Manufacturing knowledge and practice; awareness of continuously im-provement; 8. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and good awareness of EHS; 9. Be fond of 5S activities and continuously improvement; 10. Customer and quality oriented thinking; 11. Working effectively and accurately under narrow time limitation; 12. Excellent English speaking, listening, writing skill.
