Report to Production Director about overall production activities and performance in mechanical workshop; 2. Manage production to maximize efficiency, productivity, respecting delivery times and high quality; minimize manufacturing cost and internal failure / scrap rate; 3. Make production schedule and utilization analyze in accordance with management requirement about production planning; production status daily and actively communicate with other departments to ensure on time delivery; 4. Monitor production quality through reviewing processes, manpower and equipment to ensure operation running under requirement of quality management systems ISO 9001, VDA 6.4 ; 5. Implement lean manufacturing techniques and 5S audit system to reach good order and high working tempo in production department; effect positive efficiencies and cost savings; 6. Work with service department to assign repair task in workshop and provide service support on site; 7. Ensure that appropriate training programs are available and that all operating personnel are trained and qualified in their positions; 8. Set up performance evaluation system for employees in mechanical workshop; 9. Be responsible for safety regulation for employees and equipment existences;. 10. Forecast for additional labor/machine when new instruments or new orders; 11. Organize the staff and over time in production if necessary KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求 1. A four-years degree in Engineering preferred in direction Mechanical or Mechatronics ; 2. Minimum of eight years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment with machine assembly and test; 3. At least four-years experience in production management; 4. At least three-years experience in SAP application; 5. Ability to plan and schedule for multiple complex tasks simultaneously; 6. Know very well flow production concept for series products ; 7. Strong communication and coordination skill within different cultures and changes; 8. As a good team player be able to motivate employee ; 9. Lean Manufacturing knowledge and practice; awareness of continuously im-provement; 10. Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and good awareness of EHS; 11. Be fond of 5S activities and continuously improvement; 12. Customer and quality oriented thinking; 13. Working effectively and accurately under narrow time limitation; 14. Excellent English speaking, listening, writing skill.
