It calls4>职位描述: RESPONSIBILITY: 1.To provide daily user technical support on computer equipment as well as hardware, software and system troubleshooting to Beijing center and office in order to ensure stability, efficiency and effectiveness of the computer system. 2.To check and liaise with vendors for the best quote for IT equipment, to prepare or review necessary document for the purchasing approval, in order to provide sound and cost effective information for purchasing recommendation. To develop, maintain and the IT equipment asset log. In order to correctly record the company asset and to fully utilize the IT resources among the company. 3.To coach user to comply with UPS IT policy, to audit work, workstation, system usage to make sure there is no virus, illegal software, uncertified system running, broadcasting, storage in UPS IT hardware, to report and follow up any IT security case to supervisor. To support external customers 4.To coordinate and introduce the new project/system to TSG counterpart, to follow up on the effectiveness of the project/system, in order to ensure the implementation of the IT project / system. REQUIREMENTS 1.College Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline 2.1-2 year’s relevant experience 3.Customer oriented, willing to take ge of the technical issue. 4. Excellent computer skills in working, IT technology, hardware, Familiar with software is an asset. 5. Good command of written and spoken English, Preferably in Express, transportation, Logistics, Airlines, Industry with MNCs
