本公司专营国际货运业务，多条航线，业务发展至欧美及东南亚等地区，全球在80多个国家拥有分公司其中在中国有19家分公司，拥有125年之多的货运代理经验。应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：货代 工作地区：深圳市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：大专招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: Purpose of the position: - Represent a.hartrodt South China towards all core and partner carriers and subcontractors (cartage, warehousing, customs brokers, etc.) - Manage pricing and commercial tendering. - Co-operate with sales team to promote a.hartrodt’s brand name in South China - Fully support, align and implement global and local procurement strategy in support of China business growth and sales targets. - Assist Team Leader PDSC for continuous solution improvement. Main Responsibilities: - Follow up and monitor global and local service contracts with carriers, maintain cost data base of PDSC team - Maintain pricing data base and keep all South China offices d on local tariffs. - Collect and analyse market information and feedback to Team Leader and overseas operations and agents. - Share market information with regional sales team and get sales feedback for continuous competitive pricing. - Work closely with a.hartrodt’s overseas ocean freight team to support and enhance competitiveness in the market. - Work closely with a.hartrodt’s global freight agent work to support and enhance competitiveness in the market. - Build up and secure pricing with local carriers/co-loaders/subcontractors - Coordinate various projects launched by regional sales or overseas teams. Carrier Management: - Build up and develop relationship with carriers in South China region aiming for competitive rate procurement and availability of capacity. - Strengthen market intelligence and benchmark carrier offerings. - Manage tenders & RFQ’s in South China region as well as overseas requests. - Secure competitive spot quotation for PDSC team through synergising total ocean volume across all South China branches. - Continue seek for feedback team about product position - In order to ensure our product can be kept as competitive as we always should in the market place to support growth Requirements and evaluation criteria: - Familiar with the ocean freight market and rate procurement. - Outstanding relationship with carriers, co-loaders and proven track-record. - Ability to drive and execute global and South China procurement strategy. - Communicative and convincing, with excellent powers in presentation, and relationship building. - Excellent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. - Performance orientation, ability to work under pressure. - Good team player, can-do attitude, reliable.
